This Yogic Life offers Workplace Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Sessions. 

Improve productivity and wellness through holistic health and yoga. Every class is customized for your needs. So whether its for a particular health event, staff team building day or you want to bring ongoing well being to support your staff in their welfare needs, I offer tailored classes, talks and workshops.  

Schools session can be tailored to teachers, teaching assistants and your team as well as parent and child. I provide all equipment and conveniently work to your needs and times so you don’t have to stress and fuss about going elsewhere for classes, saving time, money and energy.

The length of each class / workshop can be from 45, 60 or 90 minutes to a full day immersive experience for your staff, offering you a varied range of tailored sessions to suit your needs for your day. For example mental health awareness week or team building days.

I can teach up 10-30 per class depending on the size of your space.

With mental ill health now the leading cause for illness and the stress of an unmanageable workload cited as the main reason for time off work, stress has a lot to answer for. Luckily, yoga has been proven to reduce the secretion of ‘cortisol’ aka the stress hormone, and multiple studies have shown that a course of yoga classes can help reduce stress and anxiety.

Yoga will help you sleep:

Sleep deprivation is arguably an epidemic of our times, with 1/3 of Brits getting by on less than 6 hours sleep a night – leading to low mood, lost productivity and a heightened risk of obesity, Alzheimer’s, diabetes and heart problems.

Studies have found people who practice yoga fall asleep faster, sleep for longer and feel better rested in the morning than those who don’t practice. What’s more, yoga is found to increase the production of melatonin – a hormone necessary for regulating your sleep cycle.

Due to the increase in the working age population, there has never been a wider range of ages working under one roof. Employees now range from grads right up to the almost retired. Luckily, a work yoga class will appeal to each and every one of them. I teach inclusive and accessible yoga that appeals to all abilities, offering more challenging and slightly easier, allowing the students to pick their own pace, whatever their age or ability.
